ChangingMeForMe

I have been the Fat kid my whole life and now looking back I wish I was as fat as what I thought I was then. After my second child I could not lose the weight and have steadly put it on, I have as well as many of you have played on the yo yo dieting team for many years, and have lost over 50 lbs on weight watchers but it always ended up with me failing and back at square one or having more weight gained back that I had lost. I decided it was time for a change when I hear of the childhood obesity issues, I do not want my children to have to deal with this, and I want to be able to set a good example for them to live by. Life is valuable and I am tired of taking it for granted.
