Has anyone else hit a stall?? I'm 4 months out and haven't lost any in over a week and a half (I'm used to losing 3-4 per week). Do y'all think the Quest protein bars could be the cause? I read somewhere that those have more carbs than advertised. I'm trying to figure out what's different. -

I'm having a terrible time with night time heartburn. It wakes me up at night from a deep sleep. Feels like acid is coming up my throat and burns. I'm taking protonix since surgery 3 months ago, but doesn't help. I'm scared something could really be wrong. Anyone else experience this??

Don't feel guilty. None of us are perfect and have all had those moments! Just get back on track and not worry about it.

Called my doctor and he upped my dose of protonix. Said to try that for 2 weeks, and if things don't improve he will switch me to Nexium. Also said to prop up when I sleep.

I know this will sound crazy, but do any of you feel awkward or not know how to take a compliment when people make comments about how much weight you've lost?? I didn't tell most of my coworkers, so now that people notice, I don't know what to say. -
