Abdominal binder for traveling?

They never put one on me in the hospital, however I did buy one for home. It is the ONLY thing that enables me to sleep on my side comfortably. Best $10 I have ever spent. -
My eyesite is a little off. Anyone else have this? From lack of sleep maybe?

This is going to sound so stupid since I only had my surgery on Monday, yes 2 days ago. But I was making my son some Mac and cheese and gagged at the smell. Hello...I loved this stuff a few weeks ago. What is going on?!? -
Gnc has a shake that actually tastes good. It's their brand of isopure. My booklet from my dr. Says that you can add fruit during the full liquid phase. I just have no idea how I'm going to get it in. My stomach complains when I take sips of water.

Thanks for answering.... How long before I can get back into the groove of normal activities ie...bringing up/ down laundry, find a comfy position for more than 5 minutes?, stop pooping with every gas output? Lol

OKay, I'm normal...I am finally nervous. I have to be at the hospital at 6am tomorrow morning. By this time tomorrow I am hoping to be sleeved and on the road to recovery. I also want to add that this 10 day preop diet, while it sucked, has shown me that I am wayyyy stronger than I ever thought. At least I won't deal with hunger headaches after since I am already passed them.not to mention, I'm not hungry either. That's a first! Lol

I went off my jolessa on Friday the 11th and am getting sleeved tomorrow the 21st. Had my period and hoping to go back on ASAP. Having 4 periods a year is wonderful! I hope I don't have any problems. -
Can I join? Getting sleeved tomorrow. I am hoping for 20 lbs down my Memorial Day. I am currently at 270.

Guys,mine am 2 days out and cheated....I had like 10 goldfish crackers at the movies, 2 slices of deli ham, and a bite of hamburger helper. Wtf is wrong with me. I'm seriously starving. Not to mention I'm only down 6 lbs. ugh... -
I went to my local vitamin shoppe and got a few small packs because I'm very impatient. The fuzzy navel was good. Kind of strange, but good.

I ate some egg whites for the first few days. Now I am on liquids, sf jello and broth only. Ugh I can't wait till Monday. -

Why am I not nervous??? This is so weird for me since I'm usually anxious about everything. I have only lost a few lbs in the past 5 days on my Preop diet and I'm more anxious about that lol. Anyone else feel this way?
