    Is this too much?

You earned those cute jeans, RJ! I'm jealous...enjoy every minute of them. Then go out and get some in royal blue and another pair in green. Enjoy your new freedom to pick what you like!

    Sleevers over 300lbs?

My HW was 318. I started eating healthier after my initial consult with the surgeon on 1/16 (I had no idea it would be that high as previous HW was 281), then started the liquid pre-op diet this Monday. This morning I was 305.5. I'd really love to get into the 2s by surgery day, 3/10, but I don't know if that's feasible. But, it's amazing to know that I'll be saying goodbye to the 3s soon either way. Makes these crazy liquid days worthwhile, for sure!

    Day 1 liquids

I'm March 10 too...and on lovely day one of liquids. I'm pretty excited, but almost more scared of these two weeks than the actual surgery. This weekend, I could not stop stuffing food in my mouth. I felt so bad about it, but just couldn't stop. I'm going to give the two week liquids my all, though...to give myself the best chance of a safe surgery. It's just barely lunchtime on the first day, though, and I already have a headache and feel weak. Yikes! Tomorrow will be better, right? Ok, one day at a time.

    Sleevers with Rheumatoid Arthritis

I haven't had surgery yet (3/10), but I'm so glad to meet a sleever with RA. I was diagnosed 3 or so years ago, but had symptoms for at least 10 before that. I had my remicade Friday and it remains to be seen how long I will wait to go back after. The rheumatologist said I only have to miss a week or so of methotrexate injections, so that's good. I can't help but think the weight coming off the joints will counteract the delay in getting the infusion on board...I sure hope so!

    anyone with a march date?

March 10....yikes! Lisa J, we will be sleeve twins. I'm taking 4 weeks. Doc says he will release office workers in 2 if necessary, but really feels 4 are necessary to learn new plumbing. Also, I have rheumatoid arthritis and a lot of mobility/fatigue issues, so a little extra TLC can't hurt.
