Hi all you wonderful people!!!! Boy has it been a busy summer!! Was on vacation for 3 weeks this month and I actually lost weight!! How is everybody enjoying their summer? I weighed today and I am 188.8!!! Out of the obesity range! Wishing you all well!!

Hold your head up and just walk in! No one there will judge you! I know the first step is the hardest, but you can do this. The first time i walked into a gym i weighed 400 pounds! You can crush most meds if they are not enteric coated, or time released. If you are not sure call the pharmacist. Hope this helps some.
