I found Biotin at Sams that you can chew! I wish I had known about Biotin before surgery, as I would have started it then! I have noticed some hair loss, I have a lot of hair, but I can tell in the top front of my scalp. Hopefully it will start to grow back soon!!

Sleeve safe pain medication

I was given liquid Ibuprofen for the weeks after my surgery, and now I can safely take Advil as needed. I used to be a daily user of Advil and Tylenol. Now I may take Advil once every 2 weeks!! -

At 2 weeks all I was allowed was walking. I would one mile around the track at my gym. Fitness trainer said no machines. -

My hospital bill alone was $50,000.!!!!! I don't quite remember how much the insurance company actually paid. Out of pocket was bout 2800. Norm surgery. 3 nights. -

The one thing I miss is popcorn!!!! I don't crave sweets anymore. But man oh man I could eat me some popcorn!! But I don't dare try it!! -
Hi, I have a question about Protein drinks. Can you or have you made your Protein Drinks into a popsicle? I love my SF popsicles and SF fudgesicles, but not much nutrition. I was just curious if we could freeze the Protein shakes and make our own. Any thoughts or suggestions would be wonderful.. Thanks!!

I only managed two days at the gym last week!! With snow and work!! But tomorrow starts a new week and I will meet my goal!!! I also got a new fitbit force today, hope to see my progress and them push myself further!!

I just got the Force!! I still need to sync with Myfitnesspal. I like the the feel of it and I like that it has a display, that the Flex does not have. you can also shower with it and swim. I also like the fact that I can have it on my wrist, clipping to my shirt or my pants would last about one week before I forget to put it on, or lose it!! Here's to finding out if I am as active as I think I am !!!

On vacation after losing 120 lbs and then I had to have an emergency hernia repair!! Stopped everything! It was hard to get back into the zone after that!!!
