I found BariatricPal by searching the internet. I had gastric surgery over 13 months ago and the good part is that I have lost 79 pounds. The bad part is that I was hoping to have lost 100 pounds by now. I am hoping this forum will help me get on track so I can loose the rest of the weight I need to loose. I only want to loose about another 15 pounds at this point because I have always been heavy and do not want to look sick. I need some pointers to help me with the long stall I have had of about 2 months.
