I think the only scarring in this case that could be a problem Is of it had been done laparoscopically. But I've had four previous surgeries laparoscopically and I had no issues with my scarring

I feel your pain. I am just over two weeks out. I can't stand Protein shakes or chewable multivitamins. To the point they gag me. I can eat soft foods now but I'm having a hard time with getting enough protein I. That way. I'm gonna try to find some unflavored protein. Hopefully I can find something without a weird texture

My doctor released me today to soft foods which includes chicken salad and flaky fish. He told me if I'm gonna eat chicken to make sure it's super moist. Dark meat chicken is best because it's not as dry. We will be having chicken salad tonight and tilapia tomorrow

The white stuff is thrush. It's a form of yeast. It will spread to down there as well. Just go to pharmacy and get Azo by the yeast infection stuff. It cleared mine up in three days

Were you're friends problems mild like the OP? Sounds like theirs were severe. My doc only excused mine because they were mild

Depo is horrible. Everyone I know including myself has gained tremendous amounts if weight and gone into depression As a matter of fact at my psych visit she asked me to tell her about my weight issues. I told her I had a kid then I got put on depo and gained loads of weight I e never been able to loose. She said "you won't believe how many women come through this office who have stories that start just like that". Maybe a coincidence but after four years when I stopped it took a year to conceive and I miscarried. I wouldn't reccomend Depo to my worst enemy

I was on full liquids. They gave me a list at one of my preop appointments of everything that entails. I'm on day 9 and hoping to be on soft foods by next Tuesday

Call your surgeon. My sleep study was similar and my surgeon went ahead with the procedure. He said I can go back if the weight loss didn't fix the problem
