3weeks out and only lost 15pds i dont know if thats good or not im on purée stage and I've been eating everything anything lol except rice and of course very little amount I've eaten broccoli w shrimps or tuna w lettuce I've been eating a heathy I've even eaten protein bars as. Snack but I don't feel like I've lost enough pounds one thing I'm scared about is that I have a very bad sweet tooth I have to have chocolate even though I only eat a small piece maybe that's what not letting me loose weight and also coffee ???? I like to have ice coffee again small amount because I can't drink much I had a gastric sleeve btw and also when can I go back to my normal life like smoking hookah and drinking ?

Tomorrow marks a week from my gastric sleeve and I would like tooo know when may I start sleeping on my stomach ugh I can't sleep side ways any more it's soo uncomfortable :/ I only have one incision Inside my belly button so idk help

A week after surgery I did soo much walking and was feeling okay . To tell you I even went to a concert and stood up for like 5 hours . I was extremely Thirsty I been drinking a lot of water I didn't even know my stomach would be able to hold I haven't thrown up or nothing so idont know if that's normal . I always been a fan of water but after surgery well the first 3days I was only drinking like a teaspoon of water . Now I'm getting hungry and thirsty ugh

I am a 19yr old female I just got my gastric sleeve done last Thursday so 8 days ago . I was 223 on the day of surgery as of today I am 209. I have a few questions if any one can answer them it would be great . I wanted to know when can I go to gym and work out or maybe just take Zumba and also when may I lay on my stomach again :/ . I only have one incision , it's inside my belly button so you can't even see it . It's pretty much closed now and no stitches . Also at night I get really bad gasses or acid I'm not sure what it is it's just a very uncomfortable painful air that comes up and that's it I don't burp nothing but it happens a lot when I'm sleeping :/

I don't get to see him till feb 7 (2weeks after surgery ) which is too far from now

You look amazing congrats ! I actually do have a few questions I just got my sleeve done a few days ago and lately I get really dizzy when I stand or walk I'm not sure if it's from not eating well or what . Also at night I get a lot of pain as if it were acid and one more thing I'm very worried about lose skin after this journey how do you feel about it . I started off on 223 also btw
