My surgery is Monday and im starting to panic!!! Im scared of the surgery itself plus the fear of not getting enough water and protein.....I don't want my nerves get the best of me and have me back out....I've wanted this surgery for so long and worked so hard to get to this point to have my own fear make me back out at the last minute.....did anyone else feel like this right before surgery? ???

I was able to sleep on my side without pain actually last night best sleep I had since I had surgery last Monday

Everything will be great!!! Just listening to everything the doctor and nurses tell u, make sure u stay on top of the nurses for ur pain meds, and just take a easy. This is the best decision u made!!! Im soo glad I did it!!! -

Yeah it the big one that's bothering me...... altogether I have 5 incisions the other 4 are starting to itch and the band they have me wearing isn't making it any better lol -

I was starting to think what did I get myself into but its worth it....I still have trouble getting up and sitting down because he cut into my stomach muscle but its getting easier! -

Day 3 post op and im starting to feel like me again yayy only thing bothering me is the gas pains trying to walk as much as I can...tolerating mostly everything green tea is my favorite though!! -

Doctor was soo happy with the 12lbs I lost with the pre-op diet he said everything looks great and everything is good to go for surgery!!!! Im getting more excited im still nervous but im not backing out!! Just got the phone call gotta be there at 7am Monday im the first one to get sleeved!!!! -

I was nervous to go to my as well but when I got there and started talking to her I was good. She just ask me all kinds of questions like "how my childhood was like" "how long I've been overweight" "what diets have I tried" "if I'm a night eater" "what do I do when Im upset, mad etc..... You will be fine just be honest with your answers and everything will be good!
