i am scheduled for surgery soon and having second thoughts. i just cant seem to wrap my head around HOW people are amazingly able to choose better eating habits and be compliant with sleeve eating after being sleeved than before? what has being sleeved provided you that you can now do health/eating wise what you couldn't before? i am an emtional/stress eater and grateful for any replies. : )
