I use unsweetened chocolate almond breeze, & add stevia or truvia packets, & of course some sugar free cool whip on top & a dash of cinnimon, yummy!!!

The same thing happened to me so I called my DR & they said this is what happens when the stomach is trying to digest, you will keep making this slime to make the food go up or through. Hope that helps.
