Im 2 weeks out of my surgery tomorrow, I havent had a single hunger urge yet. Doctor says thats normal. Anyone else experience this?

try tofu, its very bland and very high in Protein 20 grams per 1/2 cup and it takes seasoning well. try using tofu with some chicken stock or beef stock to flavor it, should solve your problem -

Baby food is for babies, my nutrionist says to buy the real thing and puree yourself, this way you get all the nutrion from it you can. -

Not scared to eat just have no appiette, I feel normal and was back at work 3 days post op. I have always been that person who forgot meals that was probably why i had a weight issue because with my career you eat on the go when you can. Part of my diet plan has addressed this issue with pre planning daily meals. -
