I slept in a recliner the first week after surgery. It was easier to get up from. I also used a pillow to support my stomach when getting up or if I needed to cough. -

Ever able to "gulp" again?

I'm a year out and "gulp" like I did pre-sleeve. I drink 100-150 ounces of water a day with no issues. I did struggle with water the first few months after surgery. I had to drink a lot of hot tea. But the further out I got the easier it became. -
They are a great group. I love them!! They gave me a new life.

Thank you for the welcome. I will have to check out the Valentines Day Challenge. I completed C25K in September and found out I don't enjoy running, lol. I just finished my 2nd week of Focus T25 and I'm hoping that will help jump start my loss.

Hey ya'll, new to the site. I was sleeved February 12th, 2013. Best decision of my life. Have had an easy recovery and weight loss has been steady until this past month. I'm within 10-11 pounds of my goal. (Depends on the day) I keep gaining and losing the same 2 pounds. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
