I'm preparing a few 2oz cups of sugar free jello. I mixed jello and added one scoop of unflavored unjury protein and 2 tbsp of liquid vitamin I divided into 6 portions ! This is for when I return home from surgery . Im determined to get my protein and vitamins in to prevent hair loss

My nut had me on a new directions protein shake plain . I get to eat a small lunch and yogurt . We are not put on a liquid diet . The evening before I do a colon clean, was with a antibacterial soap and use a antibacterial mouthwash . We stay 2-3 nights . I'm surprised by the different ways to prepare for this. I'm so dearly gonna miss my buttered biscuits and po boy bread ... But I will be skinny when I'm crying about it! Lol -
4 months post-op: 50 lbs gone! Half to goal!

Depends on the dr. My friend didn't . It gives a dr a sneak peek of what she will be working with . She will be looking for hernias and take a biopsy for h pylori bacteria . I didn't feel a thing and didn't have a soar throat -

Had my EGD everyone was right! I went to sleep and a hour later I was leaving ! The only thing that hurt was the IV that left a huge blue bruise . I slept most of the day. I think everyone has to have one so the dr can get a sneak peak of what she is working with, and test for H pylori bacteria . -
