I think you mean your pouch not stoma. The stoma is the opening between your pouch and your intestines. Your pouch is supposed to increase in size over time but I am not sure how much. My plan said to be able to eat 1-1 1/2 cups per meal when the pouch is a mature size, so an orange sounds reasonable. I have not had a scope since pre op so I have no clue what size mine is. Water or any Fluid will not stretch your pouch. There is an opening that it can flow out of easily.

I agree with Dee! Try sf pudding. Make it from boxed mix and add a few scoops of protein powder to it while whisking. It is so good and loaded w protein. ( from the milk and protein powder). The best combo I have found is mixing sf instant chocolate ( vanilla works too) pudding mix with 2 scoops Syntrax Matrix mint cookie protein powder. -

Thank, this sounds very adaptable to many uses. You got me thinking -
I had a tummy tuck at a yr post op RNY. Insurance pd some. I want to do more body work when I have this one paid off. My inner thighs are wrinkled, my arms are floppy and I have a droopy butt . The next thing I want is to convert the TT to a LBL to help reduce outer thigh and butt droop. I am not young lol
