Ording a Bridesmaid dress - what size?

My sister is getting married in August and my other sister and I are maids of honor. She is getting sleeved on Feb 27 and my date will likely be toward the end or April. We need to order our dresses soon, but we have no idea what size to get! I know they can take it in if necessary, but does anyone know approximately how many sizes we might lose by then? -
Mine will probably be around that time. My last weigh-in is April 1st, then approval and scheduling. I can hardly wait!!

My girls are 19 and 17. When I mentioned a while back that I was thinking about having bariatric surgery, they had a very negative response. One said, "why don't you just eat less and exercise more" and the other said "but you're not THAT fat". I'm about 2-3 months pre-op now and I'm thinking I should probably tell them pretty soon. I just don't want to deal with the negativity again. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

I started this process back in September and won't be approved for surgery until April. It's so frustrating having to wait so long! Every month I wait is a month I could be losing and getting on with my new life. Darn insurance companies!!
