Soooo I was sleeved on June of the past year and so far I lost like 90 ish pounds and still have 90 to go but it's just so hard to stay on track. I guess I really was never was on track because I never did the protein shakes and just ate small amounts of whatever . And now my weight loss is at a halt for obvious reasons and I need to know how to get back on track ! Like I can't find a protein shake I like there's one I kinda can tolerate but it doesn't fill me ! I'm also losing like all my hair ...ugh the struggle is real here ! Any advice ?
