I'm new here and just starting my journey. I just downloaded the app and I think it's great.

I had the body Bugg and now I use a Fitbit flex .the body Bugg was great but with the watch and arm band it cost over $300 plus there was a yearly activation fee. The Fitbit was a Christmas gift but cost only $129 and no yearly fee. I like it very much and very accurate when I had my sleep studies too, Fitbit can do all you foods too and a great friends source if you so choose. Calculates Water, sleep, steps, activate times, cal burned, miles and mine does the time as well! Good luck with whatever you choose.
