I'm June 9 too. But I'm going for the sleeve. No pre op diet for me yet either....

Are we the same date? I have not been told about a pre op diet. Was just told to keep losing and be aware of my eating. I try to get 10000 steps in a day. With the nice weather ,, it's easier. Yes three weeks from today I will be on the other side!

All these breakfast ideas are amazing. I would never think of chipped beef and bacon ever again. I have had some off theses cookbooks. I gift mine at our local library. They are amazing! Good luck with other ideas.

Oh nothing is getting in my way of this goal. My daughter is not going to control this. I'm going through normal stressors but unfortunately, for me the are all at once..lol No this is happening... I just have to learn to say NO yo other people..lol

Wow the dates are coming in for late June. I'm still June 9 with pre op June 2. I'm trying to lose weight now. Doing protein shakes daily and much smaller portion sizes. I am trying to walk walk walk.. But I'm so tired lately too. I thought a c pap was supposed to end the tiredness!

I'm really scared now since I may have loss all my support people except my mom. My daughter and SO had another major battle and he us probably leaving me. Surgery is three weeks. I have had one blow after another ... This is a stressful enough.. I may be loosing weight faster then I wanted due to sadness... I did my pre op registration the other day... I'm very excited to start my life all over again.

You look great.. All the pics..I hope I can look that good in July. It's my 50th bday and I will be 6 weeks post op by then.

I had my gallbladder out years ago thankfully. Any other dates for June 9? I have pre op June 2. I was not told about a preop diet at all. I do are a protein shake every day for my lunch. I was traveling last week and drove through the night. I had 2 lg Dunkin Dounuts iced coffee with espresso... Mind you I don't drink coffee regularly. Have an iced coffee from home and I was afraid of giving it up . After all that coffee and driving... No taste for it now. I was at a Traders Joes and they had water with get this... Cucumber and parsley... I never had parsley in m drink.. And it was REFRESHING . More scared of not eating foods. Love my water!a d I'm down Four pounds... Wahoo!

Hello, how did your surgery go? I'm visiting n S. Carolina now and have one month till surgery. Scared and happy at the same time..

We are all amazing people. I am down in S. Carolina for a few more days. We ate out two days and I don't like the way I feel today. Trying to drink lots of water.. Beverage if choice...

Oops I sent it before I was done. Ok in between all those appointments I saw a psych doctor for two hrs with a 100+ questioner, Nutx3 along with his nurse practitioner . She gave me a card that I can give restaurant people to allow me half portions or order from kids menus . On April 25 I got a date and the following Friday I got insurance approval. I was so happy to hear that. I have a Fitbit and I watch my steps. I would like to lose 10 more lbs before June 9th. Scared, excited, looking at recipes , blogs and Pinterest to get ideas so I won't bored with eating!

I started thinking about this in December. I went to a seminar the 11 February . Git an appoint with surgeon February 25, again March 24 and April 24. In between all thise

Happy birthday to you.. What a way to start the new you! Families have to realize that you changed to live! In time you may be able to have say sugar free pudding as a birthday cake ..they should be happy that you will now have more birthdays to celebrate! Congratulations again!

Where are you having yours done? I got a definite approval today. Did you have a preop diet to do? Is Tuesday your day! Good luck to you!

I have June 9th too.. Got the call today that I was approved as well! No preop diet as long as I continue to lose weight. 5 weeks plus 2 days to go.. I do t have a time yet.. I'm going to be sleeved...

I agree.. That's a HIPA violation if they do. The can't do that. Did you talk to an HR person at your company ? So sorry for your problems.

How long does it take to send?

You have come so far to jeopardize it now. Try meditation when you get thinking if food. Grab a Protein shake if you are able. I heard most people say they don't even think to eat. How much protein are you drinking? Maybe you need more...I'm not here yet but just trying to help from what I have learned.

You sound so strong .I'm glad you have friends for support Is it easy to drink your fluids? How is the nausea now?
