I'm sorry that you have all of that going on. You have to do what's best for you. This is your journey alone. I've told my friends to either support me or shut up. You do not need this stress. I'm thinking they will change their song once they see how good you're doing.

I was told I couldn't chew gum but apparently everyone's surgeon is different. This caffeine withdrawal is a beast though. -

Day 1 down on my liver shrinking diet. It wasn't so bad. I didn't go to the cafeteria with my coworkers because I knew that would have been hard. I pray these next six days goes as smooth. -

Yeah. It's understandable that you slipped. Just get back on track. I've been drinking crystal light every time I thought about it. I was trying to avoid hunger. Well, here's hunger. Lol

Good luck with everything. I'm having the bypass on the 21st. I week from tomorrow! I guess post op is kinda similar except for, in the long run, you'll still have to monitor your sugar. I don't think there's dumping with the sleeve. -

I just bought some more food for recovery. I'm supposed to start my 7 day preop diet Monday but I may as well start tomorrow. This Is Gonna Be The Longest WEEK Of My Life. -
