I can't have milk products until week 2. Beneprotein is unflavored and can be added to anything. I add it to my broth. Just make sure it's cooler than 140 degrees. [ATTACH]43757[/ATTACH] -

It usually takes about an hour to finish the 4 oz of broth and it takes all day to finish the bottle of isopure. I take 1 oz of something every 15 minutes. -

I managed to get 61g of protein in drinking a bottle of isopure and adding a scoop of Beneprotein to my broth. -
I think i took too big a sip and it kinda felt like an uncomfortable tightness.

At my preop appt they told me to take my blood pressure meds with a sip of water the day of surgery. I ignored that and am so glad I did. I ignored it because I know it's easier to bring high BP down then to raise low BP up. My BP coming out of surgery was 85/47. I normally run 130/90 ish. Before I was discharged my BP was 110/69. The doctor told me not to take the BP meds again. -

It's called Interval Timer. I hurt but it's bearable. They sent me home with the liquid hydrocodone/tylenol. Right now I'm setting an alarm for that too. It gets bad if I wait too lo long.

I felt the same way but at least your "cheat" was all protein. You didn't do so bad. I cheated with rotisserie chicken from food Lion. I was told everything looked good. I wasn't lucid enough to remember asking about the liver specifically. You're gonna do great. -
I didn't hurt much yesterday but I overdid it today and am hurting now. My sleep apnea kept me here. Or at 68 and BP just made it over 100/60. I hope everyone else is doing good.
