Do they do the pre-op class right at Synergy? I have my first Nutrition class tonight!

Yup! The pre-op class goes over nutrition - pre-op and post-op, including all the phases and when to introduce/move on. They also review exercise and what to do when. All the classes and information sessions at Synergy are really great and helpful!
