im going to the gym. a new gym opened up just down the street from us, so I am up at 5:10, out the door at 5:20 and on the elliptical by 5:30. I've been doing about 20 min on the elliptical and then some strength training. Today - it was the legs turn!
My gym will be having classes starting in a couple of weeks - so i'll be looking to switch up my routine with some spinning classes, zumba and les mills classes.
