I need some ideas to get water down. I am 7 weeks and morning sickness runs rampant. I try to get water but each day my intake is lower then the last. Any tips or ideas on how you stayed hydrated? Thank you

I Would like to share with those who are going to have surgery or who just wants to keep track of their changes after. I love the body shot app! I put my photo, weight and measurements in it every week. I can compare the pictures side by side and it tells you your changes weekly and overall. I love being able to see the difference so easily. It is the best five bucks I have ever spent on an app. You can even customize which measurements you want to track.

I know you said you don't like seafood but try shrimp with old bay seasoning. I don't like seafood but the shrimp goes down so easy and feels good in my sleeve and packs a lot of protien

One my mom and me got from my grandma growing up: if your going to eat ranch ( or insert any dressing) you shouldn't even have the salad. This included having dressing with any veggie..... I won't argue with her.....but carrots and a serving of ranch is still a hell of a lot better for your body then French fries.... Even if they equal the same amount of calories.

I love my husband so much but post surgery he has been so annoying! He promised me two weeks in another bed, that I could have the bed by myself, he whined after one night. Our little daughter Peed her bed and he refused to clean her bed. me, four days post op. Is doing the laundry so the child does not have to sleep in urine. It feels like he thinks he gets a stay at home wife for a few weeks and he isn't doing anything around the house, or for me or my daughter to help during this time. Good thing I have great family who stop by often who can help for a bit! Anyone else get surprised at how unhelpful their significant other was post op? I want to feel like I'm not the only one...

I was wondering if you could Tell me what you were able to eat during their full liquid phase. I'm limited to cream Soup,Popsicles, and Protein drinks. looking for a little more variety since the Soups don't seem to sit right. I'd love it if you could give me ideas what you did . Thank you. I want to know about those whom have longer term success. How long did you keep loosing? How long have you kept the weight off? Thank you .

I found out to day that I'm approved!! My date is May 1st! So I have been reading on here a lot and I would love if any one can share their tips or something that helped them. Thank you
