I do use it ....... has helped with pain , nausia , helps me relax ....... the munchie not so much and your tummy tells you no so i havent had any issues ............

I was also told this............ my date is the 30th I am also the 28th and trying to do homework too keep my mind off of surgery but not working out!! I met with surgeon today and found out I might end up with the sleeve instead if gastric bypass. It has to do with current hernia and being able to move the intestines around. I can say I was disappointed I feel like I shouldn't be, I am still receiving WLS but just the chance worries me. Hopefully everyone is doing great pre-op and post-op

I am back............Well I was suppose to have surgery March 5 th but right before they started cutting my heart decided to start dancin around so out I went...........15 days later I am rescheduled for April 30th....... LOL here goes round two of pre op ......... Hope everyone is doing awesome !!

Aahhhh Ok I check in tomarrow at 10;30 am ............ been on liquids since Friday........ wow what a trip didn't relies how much it affects you .... I am tired but cant sleep I feel loopy I am not hungry but I want to eat .....does that make sense I am trying to keep calm an not over think any thing. Happy Days to EVERYONE !!

Well its day 4 of my liquid diet .... doing good except for my leg pain had to stop taking some meds for the surgery ... I will just suck it up 4 more days and then a whole new journey ......One day at a time Take care everyone............

Hello all..... I started my liquid diet today, it consists of 1 8oz Impact Advanced Recovery(vanilla not my fav but I can handle it) for breakfast and one for lunch and 1 cup of veggies at dinner an water...Surgery is next Wednesday 3/5 wont know time till day before ........I am so excited making sure all my ducks are in line at the home front before I leave YEEEE HAWWWW SOOOO READY !!!

3 weeks yiks........... Be strong......were here for you............ I will remember you and 3 weeks when I feel like whining when I am on my 7 day 4 oz protein drink 6 times a day an one cup of veggies.....whats gonna suck is this protein stuff they want me to drink I can only get in vanilla not chocolate arggg I shall suffer plug my nose and just do it lol My surgery is March 5 th.......so I start mine the 26 th WE CAN DO IT !!!!

Hi ReaRaes...... I am on a 1000 cal diet right now that includes one Protein drink also......then on the 27 I start a liquid diet their having me drink some stuff call impact advanced recovery and I am aloud to have one cup of veggies.a day. for five days before surgery ....hope its don't taste bad ...........I finally found a Protein Drink I like !

awesome kespy74 yes lets keep in touch ........my appointment with the anesthesiologists is on the 24th suppose to start liquid diet on the 27th....yes so excited !!! Froggy, I'm on the 5th as well! I realized today that it's only 17 days away! Good luck!!

I am so excited for my surgery .......... Making sure I have everything ready ....everything on the home front taken care of ............ yes things are looking good !!!

Hello All........... Started the process in Aug of 2013 ...Turned 50 yiks in October...I have reached the point were I am just waiting for a surgery date....suppose to call today to let me know if its going to be March 5 or 24 !!!! I am so excited.....
