I felt no restriction with only 2cc and always felt hungry. It was like I was just on a diet. I really didn't feel a good restriction till I was at 5cc. Everyone has their own journey~Good Luck! -

I will be banned on Apr 4. My pre-op diet is 4 Protein Meal Replacement shakes a day for three weeks! One week has passed and I have stuck to it for the most part. I am getting nervous about surgery. Not because of health issue but because of the lifestyle change. I know its the right choice for me there is just no turning back.
