    Crock pot ideas?

    One can of regular cola poured over at least 4 chicken breasts or a small pork loin roast. Cook in crock pot for 3-4 hours on high until meat shreds easily. Drain remaining liquid, shred meat and add favorite BBQ sauce. I also pureed this when 1st allowed to eat pureed type foods.
  2. Has anyone else had severe back cramping and cramps in the top of your legs. I'm new to this site and hope you all might have some answers.
  3. Sorry for your cruddy day. I drink the Ready to Drink (RTD) Muscle Milk Light drink. It's wonderful and goes down so easily. 30 gr protein in one 17 oz drink. I really can't tolerate many of the others. I do enjoy the Whey Protein Isolate protein powders too.
