The thing that helped me the most was getting up and walk after surgery as much as you can and the recommended amount of protein -

No im not hungry at all stayed in the hospital 1 night dont really think of food

I had my sleeve surgery 1-9-14 everything went great,I think the most important thing I did was walking right after surgery and having the mind set I was going to do that
