Most of my story is in the "About me" portion of my profile. However, I will add that post-op I have struggled with weight loss. At 4 weeks out I have only lost 13 lbs. Though I am happy for the loss, I had expected so much more in the first month. So I plan to make some changes as suggested on this site and see if they help speed up the loss. I'm staying positive and trying not to let my motivation or momentum falter because of the scale. I wish luck to all those that are pre or post sleeve surgery. It definitely is not easy but a lot of hard work and determination. It is a tool, not an answer, in weight and health management.
