  1. Scared about Self-Sabotage and how to deal with Head-Hunger. I watched an episode of, “My 600# Life” and it seemed as if the gal was TORMENTED by the Head-Hunger. There are times when there is nothing in the house and I wanna gnaw my hand off so I find anything, even if it’s something I normally don’t eat, to eat, to make my head shut up!

Keep busy...drink plenty of water. Head hunger lessens as time goes on. At least mine has since I have the sleeve.. Pre sleeve. ..yes it is tough. But if u r rep hired to lose some weight prior to surgery ..then persevere.

Thanks. My surgical appointment is in a few days, and knowing that I will have to start my pre-op diet, the head-hunger is off the charts! I've eaten so much to day that my tummy huts, and still my head is like, "more, more my precious, more!" Smh
