  1. Wishing that I didn't feel like looking in to wls as a copout. I should be able to do this myself, shouldn't I. And, I have, really sucessfully...just haven't been able to maintain it. Smh

      You know I felt that just a brief moment whether It was a cop out. But I quickly was honest with myself. I have sabotaged my body for so, so many years with losing and gaining weight for almost 30 years. Last year I was at my wits end thinking that I had to try another gimmick, another diet.       cop put? no way..its a life saver....if i dint have surgery, id be on the tv my 600 pond life...its the hardest thing i ever done and the best thing

      I haven't been able to sustain any weight loss either, in fact after all of my dieting last year I've gained back almost all of the 60 pounds I lost. This is not a cop out, this is lifesaving surgery and will probably be one of the hardest things you will ever do in your life, but you will succeed!! be proud of yourself that you've decided to take control of your life and your health once and for all.
