Got my stress test report back. Doesn't look like anything significant other then I am very, very, very out of shape. Not even sure where to start trying to get my endurance back.

One foot in front of the other. Maybe look into getting one of these: http://alturl.com/tnbr6 and start with small daily goals, like walking 1000 steps. Then every week up it some more and more until you get to 10,000 steps per day.
