  1. Wishing that I didn't feel like looking in to wls as a copout. I should be able to do this myself, shouldn't I. And, I have, really sucessfully...just haven't been able to maintain it. Smh

      I haven't been able to sustain any weight loss either, in fact after all of my dieting last year I've gained back almost all of the 60 pounds I lost. This is not a cop out, this is lifesaving surgery and will probably be one of the hardest things you will ever do in your life, but you will succeed!! be proud of yourself that you've decided to take control of your life and your health once and for all.

      I couldn't afford to wait on diets.I could not afford to fail again. My life depended on it. My addiction to over-eating and hormonal problems were impossible to break. The sleeve interrupted it. I still had to make effort but the sleeve was a powerful tool. I would not go back.

      "JUST haven't been able to maintain" - hun thats the issue with most/all of us - many/most of us can lose the weight for awhile lookin great!!!! keeping it off is verrry hard

      this is a new lifestyle, always eating properly, smaller portions et al - this is no cop out - good luck
