So far so good, still very painful to stand or sit but once I am up and walking its not too bad. Had my first bout of nausea this morning, not sure if its because I hadn't eaten or drank since 7:30 last night. Woke with a pounding headache and felt like I was going to be sick. Took the anti nausea pills Dr gave me, so far they have held it at bay. Managed to drink 8oz protein shake that seem to be helping with the sickness. Other then the hot flushes all is going well.

Had surgery yesterday around 7am, all went well. No hernia found, Only have one painful spot and that on the left hand side, was expecting this as Dr, said this was going to be the sore spot. had to mess around with pain med's since can't take Tylenol or Vicodin, so he has me on something different, not sure what it is, as I am still out in my happy place. Just got home, was going to stay another day but the hospital had an out break of flue, so he sent me home. So far no dumping systems happening, Will update more tomorrow when I am more with it.

My surgery is at 7am tomorrow morning, have to be there at 5.30am, sucks as hospital is nearly an hours drive away. Started my Magnesium C and clear liquid day early this morning, other then a lot of stomach gas, so far so good, only one bathroom visit as of yet, but not looking forward to it once it really starts working, I had to drink 2 x 10oz bottles, had the Walgreen's grape ones, its ok but highly carbonated, I think that's making my stomach hurt the most. Wish me luck.

Met with Dr Michelson today for my last appointment before my surgery on Monday 20th, found out that on Sunday I can't eat anything all day, I've been on the 10 day liquid diet since Friday, which so far, so good hasn't been to bad, its been 3 Protein shakes plus a 370 calorie meal, but on Sunday I can't even have that. Anyone have any tips on how to get through the day without sneaking food.

January 20th, getting pretty nervous now. Started 10 day Liquid diet today, need to lose 10lb before the 20th.
