    Flip or Slip?

I was told that if you slip you vomit, vomit and vomit. No matter how loose the band is... I was also told that since I have the new AP band, if I were to slip, the could go in, unsnap it and replace the stomach where it needs to go and re-put the band back on. For me that was reassuring that all my money wouldn't go to waste!

I have crunchy knees...does that get better after losing weight?

I have terrible knees and they did the same thing. Unfortunately, I have lost 70 pounds (only 20 more to go) and they still sound as bad as they did the day I was banded. I had some great joint pills, but now I can't swallow them. They just sit in my pouch!!! Maybe yours will be different???

  19. Deb~ We went on a cruise about 18 months ago, and I was huge. The biggest that I have ever been. On that vacation, I vowed, that I would never, ever let myself feel that way on vacation again. That meant if I lost weight or not, I didn't want to feel that way. Needless to say, the next vacation we go on, will rock!!! The band is seriously going to be the BEST thing you have ever done!
