you are not alone! i'm four months post-op and find myself on the scale multiple times a day.... always looking for that loss and bumming out when there seems to be a gain! I honestly don't know if it's "good" or "bad" to do it - but, I know I want it off now, too. can't believe I let myself get to where I was - and can't wait to get to where I need to be. personally, if the scale is helping you stay in check I don't see too much wrong with it. now, if you start carrying one around with you - then you may have a problem this is a LONG journey that will never end if we want to keep this weight off. hang in there!
