Hey there! I was sleeved on Aug 14 as well
1) pure protein shake in the morning (which I don't like at all), yogurt mid morning, puréed cottage and puréed fruit or hummus and puréed alvacado in the evening. only able to get in around 50 oz water daily at this point. my portions vary between 4-6oz each setting.
2) my energy is pretty much back to my pre-op energy level...yay! one more week off of work so hopefully I'm ok when I return on the 10th. no nausea but I'm still having a dull pain in my left upper abdomen. it varies from muscle pain to stomach pain and sometimes both. I go back to the surgeon on the 12th so I have to talk with him about this, otherwise I feel pretty good
3) I've lost 37 lbs so far from my weight 2 weeks pre-op when I started my liquid diet.
