Hi there I'm 23 days post op and doing well. However when I get up I get horribly light headed. I don't know the cause and it's very disconcerting. Has anyone else had this happen to them and/or know how to fix it. All ideas are welcome:)

Thanks for all the advice I really appreciate it. ..However I'm not on any BP meds, I'm only 19 and I think it may be from not enough food; )

I'm 7 days post op and everything is going fine. Except for the constipation !!! It has NEVER been this bad my whole life. Has anyone else had this issue? ?? Please don't be afraid to speak up! I'm trying the enemas tomorrow since the miralax DID NOT work today.

Hi there;) I'm 6 days post op and currently on the full liquid diet. I'm pretty good at the do's and don'ts of this but I'm wondering if i could have tomato basil bisque at this stage??? Also..what kinds of liquids has everyone else been having at this stage;)?

So I was sleeved 4 days ago and couldn't be happier!!!! However when I drink I sometimes get pressure in my stomach area...Is this common? I'm doing everything by the book by drinking 1 oz every 15 minutes and walking 30 minutes every day. I coughed for the first time last night and boy was that painful (at first). I hope I'm doing everything I'm supposed to??!!

I'm less than a week away from surgery and couldn't be more excited. I'm 255 and have 130 pounds to lose and am nervous I won't make it to my goal. I know if I stick to the plan I will get there but I'm just curious to see if anyone feels the same?!

Just got a phone call today that I've been APPROVED and I'm freaking out!!! This literally made my day, I was so nervous and didn't think it would happen but now my life can finally start my new life;)
