How long did you wait to try chili? I'm not sure if people have heard of tajin I use to love putting that on my fruit and I want some. But I'm scared to try it. It's chili powder with lemon. It's not really spicy.

I'm 6 weeks out of my sleeve and was wondering can we have scrambled eggs with at least 1 yolk and 2 egg whites. ? And some ketchup?

Thanks. Everyone The reason I regret it is because my recovery has been hard I have nausea gagging headaches dehydration. I've had x rays and other stuff done. I'm having another cray done Thursday to see what's causing my gagging. Everyday. Protein shakes me nausea. And gag.

I'm a month out but it's been bad. Had nausea for a while got dehydrated . Headaches . Now I gag all day. Getting x rays done on thursday. Depressed. Unhappy. I've lost 40+ pounds. But I don't feel like myself. Anyone had the same ?

Thank you. I feel like I made a mistake and I just want to get better and feel better. How many months or years are you out ? At the Moment I'm dealing with strong head aches.

I seem to gag a lot all day. No throw up or nausea. Just gagging. Like when I wake up and through out the day. Anyone else have this problem?

Does anyone noe if we can drink ginger tea. I'm so nauseated heard It helps. And I just got back from the ER last night I was dehydrated.

I don't think that's my case. But thank you. I drink cold water nd it feels so good. . I'm not sure what happened. But But I'm doing better. As I went to the ER friday.

I can't drink anything except for mint tea everything makes me nauseating. Anyone noe how to help. I'm on 2 meds but they don't seem to help. I'm on my 3rd day feeling like this. Tomorrow I will go to the hospital if I am not any better.

Yeah I experienced the same. . And I day why did I do this. But mostly because I'm battling nausea and dehydration. It will and hopefully get better. . I was suppose to start puree stage but because of my nausea I got backed up.

I ended up in the ER from dehydration. But everything else was fine.

Do they sell tea bags of ginger. Or I have to make the tea. From the plant ?

So bad. . I gag and gag. But I don't throw up. But my stomach is starting to hurt from gagging. I have nausea meds but they don't help much. My surgeon said to go to the ER tomorrow but I'm a go today. I need the IV since I'm not eating.

I had nausea 3 days after surgery for 2 days. And it went away. I was doing fine. Until Wednesday it came back and worst. So I'm thinking I am going to the ER in an hour. I can't keep anything down except for mint tea. . And the nausea feels soo

Thanks everytone. I'm on stage 2 . Tomorrow I was suppose to start soft foods. But I think I wont be. I'm just nauseating period. I can't drink anything but mint tea.

I'm 20 years old 2 weeks out of my surgery. I have really bad nausea and I regret having the surgery but I mostly think this way when I'm feeling the nausea. :/
