  2. I do on my inner thighs. And my arms but my arms aren't that bad what I do dislike is my legs.
  3. Bitter because even though I look nice my skin isn't perfect like I wish I lost all my boobs. Idk. I guess just my skin I miss. But I'm happy with my accomplish so far. I have 40 more to go. But thank u
  4. I'm still in the process I need 40 more pounds. And i did the epiliptical machine for 40. Treadmill 30. Hike for 1 hour weights for arms and legs for 30 min. Planks for 2mins. Squat challenge.
  5. Exercise is the key. I exercise 3 hours a day 4 times a week.

  9. I do weights ND exercide for my legs I also hike 1 hour a day 4 days a week. And 2 hours at the gym. And I also think my age helped but I have excess under my arms

    I'm 8 months out and I've lost a lot of hair too .. I'm taking biotin and I use clip in extensions when I go out.
  18. 20 years old. Starting weight 326. Current weight 209. Surgery was Feb 6 2014. .. I have lost 117 pounds. I have 50 more pounds to loose for my goal.
  19. Well guys I exercise at the gym 2 hours. 4 days a week. I also hike for 1 hour and 20 mins 4 days a week. I eat 2 or 3 times a day but small meals. I'm not going lie but I have eaten a slice of pizza here and there .. I'm addicted to quesadillas and passion tea from Starbucks. And jamba juice. Hehe. . My protein I drank muscle milk. And I do take my vitamins. I am loosing my hair though. . Thanks guys

    What are your stats. On everything. I'm Great Enjoying life. I love shopping too. I'm down 120 pounds. 50 more to go. I started at 326 I'm 206. And I'm 20 years old.
