why?

I had my procedure less than 2 weeks ago, I see my dr on Thurs. for my 1st follow up & I skipped ahead of the eating schedule. I went from a few days of post surgery liquids to trying out solids. Skipped right over mashies. Very small amounts, but enough to make myself feel physically terrible. Tonight 30 mins after I had an egg, I tried frosted flakes. Huge mistake. No worries about doing that again. Just always seem to be testing the waters.
