I was told that I could mix in chocolate pudding mix, one spoon fat free, sugar free to or flavor. Also strawberries and banana. I can have skim milk, cryatal light, gatorade, snapple diet drinks and 1 boiled egg a day. It is torturous. I am dizzy and felt very faint an hour ago. it is so discouraging, but I keep trying.

I started the liquid diet yesterday and I am getting the sleeve on Jan.22 as well. Today I am grouchy, but I am about to blend me some protien shake with some chocolate instant pudding mix. I heard that it taste better that way. I am using fat free sugar free pudding mix.

Hey everyone, I am NEW to this site and I am a January Bandit!! I am a 37 year old mother of 2 boys ages 12 and 3. I am from NY. I will be getting my surgery on January 22nd. I have not had my preop work and I start my 2 week all liquid diet with 3 protein shakes a day on Jan 8th. I came on this site looking for people feeling what I am feeling, anxiety, excitement, support and encouragement. I got EXACTLY what I was looking for. I wish everyone nothing but success and goal weights!!! I am excited to start this journey with you all.
