I have had a HORRIBLE day...I have been having cravings REALLY bad...then I drove 45 miles home to then go to a meeting 30 miles further to only discover the meeting isn't this evening...it's next Tuesday!!! I was so aggravated with myself for not removing it from my calendar and waiting 60 miles worth of gas, I reverted to old ways and driver thru Steak 'n Shake and got a double cheeseburger with K, M and Extra P!! And that isn't all....I also got a double chocolate fudge shake!! I ate about 1/2 the burger and ate it too fast and it got stuck!! So after slimming and spitting and hurting for about 10 minutes, I finished eating it and drank the shake!! I so freaking MAD and DISGUSTED with myself, I can hardly stand it!!

HOLY HELL!!! First off, CUDOS to you guys that set her straight!! And what in the world is she doing (or the boss) WORKING in a treatment facility and using narcotics...and condoning the selling of them!!?? That just takes some VERY large....well, you know what fits there!! Some people NEVER seise to amaze me!!

I am getting HORRIBLE HICUPS when I eat!! They are are so "hard", the hurt!! What is causing this!!??

I'm 8 weeks out and down 23.5 pounds!!!

Things are bagging....but I'm not buying new ones until I HAVE to!!

I am NOT a huge meat eater so therefore I am lacking with my Protein. I also know that Protein Bars can be high in Carbs...any suggestions??

Well, as of today, I am 1 month out after surgery and I have found my FIRST food that I cannot tolerate....TRISCUIT CRACKERS! I need the fiber so I would eat a serving with meds in the evening...well, the 2 times I have done this, they got stuck and it HURT!!! I tries to drink water and it wouldn't go down...I couldn't burp...it really kind of freaks you out!! So as I am standing over the porcelain thrown, I feel it move on down and now I have major hiccups!!! Grrrrr...

I am a little more than a month out and have had NO problems with anything else...

That is what I don't think I was doing!! I think I was eating it two fast!! A serving is 6 crackers and I had 3!! THANK GOD I didn't have all 6!!! I think if i eat slower and maybe drink a little water with it to help it down it would be better...however, I think it is going to be a while before I try it...it REALLY hurt and was kind of scary!!

Thanks for the pointers!! I usually eat oat meal! However, did not even think about the Triscuits swelling!! The apples sound awesome!!

I wore a pair of baggy sweats and a big Hoodie!! I was good to go!!! To cold for a house dress in January!!

I found that peppermints REALLY helped the sore throat!!! GOOD LUCK with your continued recovery!!! Oh AND...CONGRATS and WELCOME to our ever growing family!!!!
