I feel good. I am down almost 50 lbs since surgery.

Yes I am still some free. I never even had a craving after the surgery. It was like someone hit the reset button.

Umm well I smoked up until the day of surgery. I told them I smoked and they said don't smoke 24 hrs. You need to tell the anesthesiologist if you smoke so they know. Also smoking Mary Jane is the same as nicotine. I had surgery sept 15th . No issues. I can tell you this I never want to smoke again after getting a second chance to better my life. You will see. Smoking is gross and you're about to get healthy!

No sugar apple sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Mmmm
