Brick house hope your feeling better! Still thinking of you! I also wanted to share two things with everyone. One. I had my well what I'm considering first NSV! I got out of the shower today and the towel actually fit all the way around me!! It was a very proud moment for me. I've been at a stand still with the weight buy I know I'm losing inches! Things are fitting better if not getting loose so even tho the numbers on the scale aren't moving. I know other things are. And I'm ok with that! Yay! The second thing I wanted to share is. I signed up for The daily burn. It's an online workout thing. You can stream the videos from any device basically and they are a series of workout videos customized to what your looking to do. I started it today and my first video was 19 minutes and it was awesome! There's actual real life people in the videos with their own disabilities and It's starting me off slow and I work my way up. It's 10$ a month after the first free month trial period. I picked how much time I'm willing to spend on the work outs (I chose 30minutes) and I dunno. I'm really excited and wanted to share.

I think my snacking is an issue and I have very bad compulsive night eating issues. So maybe thats something I can put on the table as the challenge? My weight on day of surgery dec 30th was 267. Current weight is 237 my goal weight is 145 my current short term goal is to lose these 37lbs and be under 200lbs for the first time in my adult life. I need to exercise more but ive been sick with the flu so thats been shot. But I would like to get a plan down

I' find myself looking at what my husband eats and feel sad over it. He's a junk food junkie and I've actually made him hide his junk food BC if it's laying around I KNow I will go for it. (Damn you oreo cookies!!!). But he still buys crap and his closet is slowing becoming a mini dry food storage place. We went out to eat for the first time since I had surgery and he ordered a salad(which mind you I'd kill for right now). Potatoes twisters and this Mac and cheese pasta with fried chicken tenders smothered in maple syrup and I was like man. That's just not good for anyone. It's sad... We have other issues going on but I do notice I watch what he eats now and judge him for it and that's so wrong of me. I was that person also. Maybe worse

I was the same way!! I was actually hungry. And I fell ashamed for it like something is wrong with my mind or body or hormones. It really messes with me at times

Have the hardest time telling myself I'm full. I'm scared to be pushing things and there's even times where after one or two bites of something I feel like I'm going to puke. Anyone else going through this or have suggestions? I eat super slow and if I get to the point of feeling like it's going to come back up. I still feel hungry! It's like my mind isn't matching up with my stomach and I'm getting so frustrated

Kris. I have a pretty physical job and I was out three weeks and I think I needed more time than that personally. I went back and was pretty sore still and tired

It's not weird at all! Makeup professionals use that on faces all the time!! Just be careful cause u can get sensitive from it. Hey Kyle. You asked a while ago about tasting stuff or having different tastes after surgery. I found one tonight. I've had a really bad week. I had the flu, followed by a cold, work has been crazy busy and draining. I got the ok from the dr to have some wine if I wanted knowing its empty calories and not exactly the thing I should be aiming for. My friend bought me a bottle of my favorite white clear wine before surgery thinking hey it's clear liquids I could do it after. Haha. I did not. I did however crack it open tonight to have half a cup full just because after these last two weeks. I really have been focusing in on that wine. Yeaaaaaa I opened it. Took a sip and it's disgusting!! This was my fav wine and super sweet. It used to be like drinking white grape juice. Now after one sip. Not only do I feel tipsy but I absolutely hate it and won't be drinking anymore. Weird right? So much for that!

Maybe that is what's going on. I can't seem to make heads or tales of it and I don't want to stretch out my stomach

Brickhouse my belly button incision started oozing a clear liquid yesterday. I think I had a pimple or something on my incision where in internal suture was starting to poke out. I freaked out but today its much better so im with ya with weirdness lol

Lol. Its a tube they insert into your mouth then stomach during surgery. It allows the surgeon to have a guide i guess you can say for making your new stomach. The 32 in the smallest. I had my surgery laparoscopicly. I wanted nothing to do with the robot thing. And with them removing my lap band I dont think they could have. Also im surprised about how u felt at planet fitness. I havent been to the one you mentioned but man some of the greatest times at the gym for me was going there in Pennsylvania with my gay friends and we'd rock out on the treadmills for hrs just talking. I dont think they ever had an issue but who knows. You cant change stupid I guess
