I take the Bariatric Advantage Multi Capsules, 3 a day. I started these once I started eating solid food and haven't had any issues, except I have to take them with food or I get nauseous. My doc and nutritionist both said there is no reason for a chewable once you are on solid food, so I happily obliged as I hated all the chewables I tried.

Final weight 193 which is 2 lbs away from goal, but I feel good, so it's okay.

Sad to say I am stalled AGAIN Boo. My weight hasn't changed in 2 weeks so I'm still at 195.

Bea, I will be out of pocket through Wednesday, so I will just use today's weight for Sunday...195! Hope that's okay for me to post early?

I'm in! Be back Sunday for goal and current weight. Happy to have broken the LONG stall so I'm excited to see what my body can do!

FINALLY, I think the stall has been broken! Today's weight is 203!

So sad, still stalled. No change in my weight 205 today.

Well, I am praying this darn stall is coming to an end as I have fluctuated up & down 3 lbs for the last 2 weeks now. Thinking I overshot my goal for my first challenge Anywho, my weight today, yet again, 209. And Bea, thanks so much for doing such a great job on the excel sheet!! You rock!!

Bummed to say I'm still 209 , same as last week.
