Is this normal?
Christian Zaccone replied to R.journey's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
OK NORMAL is DIFFERENT for Everyone. 25lbs in 6-7 weeks sounds like your doing just fine.. your only 200lbs. it would be different if you were 400 like i used to be. dont worry it will come off. -
I go consistent 6 days a week. My position allows for that and i know time is an issue. You should shoot for 4xs a week.... It should be #1 prority weather it be after or before work ,
-
dude> Takes 3 weeks to form or breaka habit.. Get back in there and in 3 weeks you will be BACK INTO IT!!! Its such a huge part of your success and anyones.

my hips hurt
Christian Zaccone replied to loseit2014's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
never heard of that one.. did you call your nurse.. i would chris -
Isnt it all about LIVING and not DYING.......... who cares if you have a little skin issue etc.. You can take care of that down the road. Trust me you will get to goal weight and beyond if you follow what you are supposed to do .. Reminder this is a tool.. That is it just a tool.. Y9u can lose all your weight and go back just as easily the other way... Just like any other diet you have ever been on you can "SCREW IT UP!".. Simply said. Not being negative beleive me we are all here to help and want to help. But this isnt a mirracle .,. takes work and dedication.. For me it came off fast.. Over 200lbs in 10 months. However i follow the plan to a "T" and i work out at the gym line a crazy person 6 days per week.. very very strict. Saved my life.

What to expect first visit
Christian Zaccone replied to honeybunz's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
They should set you up with every appointment that u need. Just bring questions you have or ask me or anyone. We will give it to you straight -
2-3 days is normal.. Unless complications
-
Yes .. Remember you should be only on liquids for the most part so there is not much to move. If i remmeber correctly i moved them every 3-4 days././ Even now it is every 3-4 days. Just not not taking in much.. To be on safe side Id make a call to your nurse.
