oh yeah. never eat and then lay down right away.. wait at least 1.5-2 hours. Ive only had it 3 times and every time was when i ewnt to bed to soon after eating. Hope that helps. -

i stay on the perscription pepcid even now. nothing worse than that acid reflux.. that was only complication i had.. -

I took 6 weeks only becasue my work approves me for 6 weks with pay. Could have come back after 2 weeks but it was best to follow doctors orders. -

tonight after your surgery or tomorrow am they will have you up walking.. try walking every hour for 5-10 minutes.. trust me it really is the only way to get rid of the gas. You will be all done several hours from now. relieved and you will be dropping weight like crazy.. email me anytime. im here for u -

The only pain, and it really wasnt pain is the gas!! Walk a lot after.. the more you walk the quicker the gad goes away .. truthfully.... Chris -
Breaking A Weight Loss Plateau

ive lost 180lbs in 9 months and i hit 2 plateaus so far. change up Water intake and excercise routine. each plateau i hit lasted about 2-3 weeks. -
im glad you got rid of the band... My surgein was the chief surgen in lowell ma and he wont even do the band anymore. if you do investigation on it it fails 60% of the time within 5 years and has to be removed!! Your stomach enzymes eat it!! Yuck! anyways i am happy for u! My sleep apnea is now gone. Yet ive lost 180lbs in 9 months. im about 20lbs from goal weight of 215. No more medications.. nothing! Time to live!

My understanding is all pre op diets are different. My liquid only was for 2 days.. Thats it. I am 9 months out and down 180lbs,,, I had zero issues. Cant cheat now! Never every hungary and well I want to live!!!!! -

8 months out and every time i eat my tummy makes noises for an hour after.. i do everything right its just what it is. I don't burn hardly at all. Everyone a bit different. All the best in your journey -

Just walk walk walk and walk some more. I was walking 2x per day at 1 hour each time. now i not do as much walking cause I'm in the gym doing a plan. I still do minimum 35 min cardio per day but now weights involved, -

They say, and i am 9 months out, that potato is very hard to get down.. I have had no potato so i cant say for sure. I would switch to maybe a yam or squash. -

that pressure means you may have eaten to fast .. it feels like it got stuck correct? last maybe an hour or so?? That is what it sounds like to me..
