    Everyone is different.. I was real fast. I averaged 4-5lbs per week. Im almost at goal I wish you the best and dont be discouraged you will hit small 2-3 week plateaus. Christian

    I got my date Feb 3

    No word of advice except u will be so so happy and walk walk as soon as you can .. that night or the next morning. Its how you get rid of the excess gas from the surgery.. walking is so key!

    Normal Diet

    Normal?? I mean I am 7 months post. I go to aruba every year and i just got back! Liquor is a no no and i never even had a sip of pina colada.. i eat normal.. truly just very very small portions.. Thats it.. You can eat whatever you want just have to watch sugar really. example if you would like. breakfast. id have 2 poached eggs with a little cheese on piece of wheat bread lunch - very small salad. dinner - chicken and a little vege. Dessert Not many choice but id get a piece of sheese cake and eat a few bites just for the taste, Thats about as normal as it gets ... Every day is the same and you will see you will never or barely ever be hungary so food is like a pain in the neck now. its no where even close to being a priority. Its more I eat cause i have to now not casue i want to .. Thats the best way to put it. Hope this helps Chris

    Food Inake.

    I have been extremely focused on this. FYI my schedule is backwards cause i work third shift however a typical day for me consist of 900-1000 calories max. - 3am turkey sandwhich on petridge farm light oatmeal or wheat bread ( maybe a slice of tomato 3-4oz turkey and 1 oz cheese ) - 10am granola Bar or 2 poached eggs on 1 slice of same bread with a little shred cheese on top. - 7 pm 6 OZ of chicken or Beef with maybe a little Brocoli. Midnight - when I get in work I have a medium Iced Coffee with 1 creme and splenda. I drink about 60-80 ounces of water. Workout 6 days per week. So if im eating say 1000 calories but im also working out 500 of them. Christian Zacconechris@yahoo.com

    my dr is fine w granola.. as long as under 13g of sugar. I have a shave every once in a while. I drink a lot of splenda.. maybe ill swap over to that Truvia.... TY for that bread is fine. with almost 200lbs off and less than 10 to go .. My calorie intake is still very low and my workouts take care of the break beleive me. I only have 3 pieces of grain bread a day.. 35 calories per slice.

  12. Maggie. 7 months out and i still get NOISES! Its all normal.. I dont think it ever goes away.. the "farting" is probably casue your still getting rid of the gas form surgery.. That takes a while. Chris

    Workout. Routine

    I believe in Body for Life by Bill phillips. I have always followed that workout program and it works for me. Essentailly 6 days in the gym but not an extensive ammount of time.. 3 days cardio and 3 days weight lifting. I have made it Iterative. I do my cardio then he requires and I do ABS every day. But other than that if your looking to spend no more than 45 minutes per day in the gym this is a great plan!! Christian Zacconechris@yahoo.com

    GOODBYE APNEA!

    Restested today.. After 4 years of OFF The Chart APNEA> I can toss my machine or hit it with a sledge hammer. At least it saved my life but after 180+ pound weight loss It is all over!!! YEY Excited Christian

    How often do you weigh?

    Now that i can see goal weight withiin 20 lbs i weigh in once every couple of weeks. casuse iof plateaus and the fact im losing inches.

    also.. i do focus on calories and Protein. simple math..... calories in - calories expended = net calories which equals weight loss!!

    Pureed food stage

    I didnt like it either so i stayed on shakes and i had one puree per day.. chicken pureed with some salsa. tasted ok but still yuck.
